The loop

Engage, collect, audit, distribute, record impact

One closed loop. The last step trains the first — outcomes recorded on the ledger sharpen the segmentation that powers the next campaign.

    01

    Engage

Smart campaigns trained on the ledger — segmented by what gave, to what, when, and to what effect.

    02

    Collect

One distribution surface, three modes — once-off, subscription marketplace of your giving opportunities, and DAF.

    03

    Audit

Every inflow lands signed, witnessed, and reconciled by construction. Audit is a read query.

    04

    Distribute

Milestone-bound covenants route capital to the right work. Recovery rails handle the edges.

    05

    Record impact

Programme evidence attaches to the covenants that produced it. The loop closes; the next campaign learns.

The loop closes — impact data feeds back into engagement. No third-party trackers; the ledger is the only source of truth segmentation needs.

The distribution surface

One surface. Three modes.

The same rails carry once-off giving, subscription giving via a marketplace of your organization’s giving opportunities, and DAF-enabled giving. One ledger, one audit, one impact record — regardless of how the capital arrived.

  • Once-off

A single gift, signed and witnessed on arrival. No separate checkout, no separate ledger.

  • Subscription marketplace

Your organization’s giving opportunities are listed as subscribable positions. Donors hold recurring slots, not one-off intentions.

  • DAF-enabled

Donor-advised funds direct capital through the same covenants and signatures — without leaving the loop.

Engagement trained on the loop’s own data

Segmentation runs on Provarium’s own ledger. The engagement layer knows who gave, to what, when, and to what effect — and times the next outreach against that. Impact closes back into engagement; the loop sharpens with each cycle.

  • Segmentation from the ledger

Principals grouped by what they fund, how often, and what outcome they have backed. Not by what an external tracker guessed.

  • Campaigns timed to outcomes

Recorded impact triggers the next message. When a milestone clears, the principals who funded it hear about it.

  • No third-party tracking

The ledger is the only data source. Segmentation runs on your own records; nothing leaves the rails.

Common questions

What councils ask before the briefing

Six questions we hear from chairs, general counsel, and senior advisors.

What is Provarium, in one sentence?

The financial operating layer for mission-driven capital — a closed loop to engage, collect, audit, distribute, and record impact, with one distribution surface that supports once-off giving, subscription giving via a marketplace, and DAF-enabled giving.

What does "one distribution surface, three modes" mean?

The same rails carry three flows. A donor can give once. They can subscribe to a recurring slot in a marketplace of the organization’s giving opportunities. Or they can direct capital from a donor-advised fund. The ledger, the audit, the impact record, and the engagement segmentation are shared across all three.

How do "smart campaigns" work?

Segmentation runs on Provarium’s own ledger — who gave, to what, when, with what outcome. The next campaign is timed and addressed using that data. No third-party trackers, no AI hype. The loop closes back into engagement because the ledger already knows what worked.

Does Provarium compete with our payments provider?

No. Provarium sits above payments rails — Stripe, StraTech, and similar fintech infrastructure. The distribution surface and the loop are ours. The card and bank pipes are theirs. We integrate; we do not replace.

What instruments does Provarium support?

Grants, forgivable loans, revenue-based instruments, equity, and milestone-bound covenants — all as first-class objects on the ledger. Blended-finance structures are issued by your council and witnessed by the platform.

How do we engage?

By introduction. A forty-five minute principal-led briefing — never a sales engineer. From there, a workspace is provisioned to your jurisdiction within ten business days.

Provarium replaced our checkout, our CRM segments, our reconciliation, and our impact report with a single loop. The next campaign writes itself from the last.
